Jociel Pontillas

Hi! I'm Jo. My real name is Jociel Flores Pontillas. I started my journey in the Real Estate industry in 2019, and I have been loving it since. With E&G, my tasks revolve around both management and leasing departments where I assist property managers and leasing coordinators. With the rest of the remote teams, I also manage our mainline to help resolve our clients' issues over the phone or escalate their requests as necessary.

I aim to provide the best service I can give to each interaction within and outside the company. However hard or effortless the issue at hand, I remain optimistic, creative, and solution-oriented. I believe that with an open mind, anything is possible.

Outside the corporate world, I spend most of my time in a cafe researching random topics that pique my interest or planning on my personal goals. Books, nature, and a hot matcha latte are my happy pills.
